I have often imagined how our Scott Walker
would have stood among all the other crooners, if his former manager Maurice
Kings dream would have come true. In fact Scott is mentioned on the
List of
Crooners in Wikipedia.
I have added similar male crooners from 50:s, 60:s
and 70:s who in My mind fit the description.
My father and a group of other technical
students built the first TV-studio 1956 in Finland. My mother was able to
use the studios record collection for her compilations. We listened to my mothers favorites from
our big old AEG reel tape recorder.
The recorders volume indicator was
mesmerizing. It looked like a green butterfly that flapped its wings in
phase with the music.
